The progressive pride flag was designed by Daniel Quasar in 2018. Daniel Quasar added a 5 coloured chevron to the classic rainbow pride flag to represent inclusion and progression. In addition to the classic rainbow pride flag, 5 arrow designs are added to indicate representation for marginalized LGBTQ+ communities of colour, and the transgender communities.
