Flag, pole and mount are excellent quality. Hardware screws didn't meet expectations. Save yourself some grief. Use a better quality screw to secure your new flag. The ones included stripped within seconds.

My setup process

It took me a while to adjust the lower swivel position, to allow the flag to fly freely without getting tangled up. I found also that a 30 degree wall mounting angle works better than 45 that was recommended in some online advice sites.
Do you have recommendations for proper setup of the swivels?

I’m happy with the package overall.
It seems like flag needs to be weighted perhaps.It becomes wrapped up on the flag pole, to point won’t unravel itself.
I’ve adjusted the tension from flag to the pole too.
I think a weighted flag may help, overall it’s fine, few magnetic weights may fix the issue.

Ordered this kit online and it delivered the next day. Very pleased with this flagpole kit that comes with a Canadian flag. We installed it on a low wooden fence in our front yard and it looks great. Love the ability to easily adjust the angle of the pole. (I would love to see more of these flags in Calgary residences and businesses, particularly during these trying times with our neighbours to the south.)
