No. Production turnaround refers to the time required to manufacture or prepare the order. Courier transit time begins after production is completed.

Vector artwork is preferred, including AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF files. High-resolution PNG, TIFF, or JPEG files may also be accepted depending on the design.

Custom-made or personalized products are generally final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the completed product does not match the approved artwork.
