I'm not prone to writing negative reviews, however this time I feel I have no option. I have no issues with the Elbows Up flag or the Canadian flag and pole set that was ordered. The quality is as expected, however, I'm highly disappointed with Canadiana. I placed an order on 2 June from New Hampshire US thinking I would have plenty of time to receive a flag to display for Canada Day. Think again... It took 15 DAYS for the order to be processed! Nowhere on the website was there a notice that the flags or the pole I ordered were out of stock/back ordered. To add insult to injury, the shipment was delayed at US Customs in Chicago for over 10 days. Then there was another 8 days for the shipment to make it to my home (obviously none of the mail issues in the US is in Canadiana's control). So, again, no flag for Canada Day and no Elbows Up flag that I planned to display for the US 4th of July. A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! If I would of known the order was to take so long to process I would of never placed an order with Canadiana.
