6' Chrome Stainless Steel Flagpole Kit

The materials are high-quality and the flag pole appears very strong. I had no problems at all mounting it to a brick wall and it appears very sturdy.

When it comes to quality of the flag only time will tell how durable it is but I have high expectations. Although I have no intention of leaving it up in the winter.

My order was delivered on Friday Mar 28 and I eagerly opened it and set it up the following day.

In opening the packing, I was disappointed to see that the flagpole kit did not look anything like the image on the website.

The image on the website shows the collars that secure flag attachment as being a metallic however, the collars on the flag-pole that I received are made of plastic.

Additionally, the flag clips that are provided do not look anything like the image on your website which show more robust snap hooks. This resulted in the weak snap hooks being pulled open and one end of the flag coming undone just one day after being put up. The other end of the flag was literally being held on by a small part of the remaining open hook when I checked on the flag Sunday morning. I attempted to bend the hooks back into shape however they are so flimsy that it would not take, and I resorted to using more sturdy key rings instead to key my flag flying. The flag had been up for less than 1 day.

All in all, I am terribly disappointed by the quality of the flagpole provided. It is nothing like the images on the website, which is misleading, and that is a shame on your company.

I intentionally sought out a Canadian company for the replacement of the flag and flagpole I have had for more than 20 years ago that I purchased from Walmart. In deciding to buy from Canadiana I noted that I could purchase the same flagpole as I had previously, for about 1/3 of the price of what I paid for Canadiana’s flagpole, but I believed I was getting a superior product for the premium price.

Love the look and quality of the product. Would like to know how to prevent the flag from wrapping around the pole on windy days.
